"I was enchanted by this property. Having a pool, bar, restaurant was much less important than sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch with a blanket. The property was beautiful. I really enjoyed talking to the manager. He was very helpful and gave me information on the history of the property. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I will be staying here again when in Waynesville. An absolutely beautiful property."

"This is a great stay, accommodations were awesome clean Very Cool vibe beautiful little river running through would be a great place to set up camp if you're exploring this area for a couple days or just an awesome place to stay for the night if you're passing through would definitely stay here again."

"Would been great but it took 20 mins and I kid you not 20 mins for the water to get hot. We moved the chair in the corner by the table and all underneath it and behind it was full of dead bugs where the maids had not bothered to pull out and sweep behind of underneath it. My nephew was 4 doors down and went to take a shower but had no shower curtain. Seems that this place is going down hill a little since new owners took over."

"My room was so clean only issue was being on the end of the hallway on 2nd floor. Road traffic was terrible. Staff did offer to move me, but only 1 more night I wasn't going to move and then staff have another room to clean because of me. All the staff cleaning were amazing!! Breakfast was good. "The staff was very friendly, felt very comfortable, asking for whatever I might need. The Property and the room was very clean. It could use some remodeling though, but I would still recommend it, especially for the value."

"Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot. "

"Would have give 5 stars across the board on everything if there hadn’t been toilet paper left on the plunger in the bathroom. Everything else was wonderful. Was please that we were able to bring on pet. The fee for pets was very reasonable. Will definitely stay again."

Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. She provided 2 options, a fan or installation of a window unit. She continually indicated...

"I absolutely loved this property! I didn’t want to leave!! Location was perfect. Bull frogs, birds even the light rain was relaxing. We stayed in the Mountain Laurel Yurt and it was amazing. Clean, upgraded, very luxurious! We had two elk wander in to drink from the pond and they were so beautiful! I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!"

"This is an older motel on top of the hill. It is basic room with entrance to rooms directly from the parking lot. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. Location is close to town with restaurants, etc. and easy access to highway."
