"Staff was very friendly; the room was clean. I loved that fact that I could set on the porch and watch the sun over Chimney Rock"

"The staff was really nice but the facility is older and needs upkeep beyond basic maintenance."

"Non-smoking room had awful stale cigarette smoke smell. TV remote was missing batteries. Large stains on chair. Bed linens were dirty. Towels were washed but stained. No towel racks in bathroom. Floors were dirty. No hand soap at sink. Bedside table had sticky substance on it. Room location was poor with a lot of highway noise. Hotel exterior was in poor condition with no office or lounge area. No breakfast or coffee. Arrived late, so no other room was available. I only stayed a few hours and...

"The room was Super Clean and quiet, parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. The woman who greeted us at the check-in desk was friendly and welcoming. Our room had a small fridge to keep our soda and water cold and the shower had nearly instantly hot water. We love staying at small, independant places for exactly this reason! The only thing that could have made the stay better is a hair dryer, but since I typically travel with one this wasn't a hardship. Thank you, Elk Inn!"

"Location, cleanliness, and staff were great. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable."

"Great stay for a trip with my friends and I. The only hotel with rooms that had 3 beds which is what accommodated our needs. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Check out the Oconaluftee Islands Park across the street if you get a chance. The bamboo forest is so pretty. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Helpful to get my neighbor to turn down the TV so I could sleep!"

"A large, immaculate room & bathroom. Even the carpet was so clean, it appeared to be new. The pillows would conform to my neck and head. The mattress was very comfortable. The sheets were soft and comfortable. The sink & vanity were outside the bathroom, so I could brush my teeth while my husband showered. There was gorgeous scenery of trees & the rivers to sit and enjoy. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Also, it was quiet. Love Two Rivers Lodge!"

"Convenient location. Room was very clean, but "no frills." Staff friendly. Easy parking. Fish tank in the office needs to be cleaned right away!!"
