"The staff was wonderful. The rooms were in desperate need of repair. There was a cigarette burn on our sheet, the bath mat looked like someone had stepped on it with a dirty boot, there were multiple scratches on the furniture, there was a bit of dried soap in the shower soap dish, one lamp shade was broken..but the worst was the desk chair that was so stained we were afraid to use it."

"No hot water only warm water and water flow in shower very low. Wash Basin clogged one elevator out of order long wait time for moving up and down. We booked two rooms and paid $250 altogether its not worth it "

"Room was very clean. It appeared to have been updated however the chair in the room was old and stained. I didn’t realize the entrance to the room are on the outside of the building. The building appears to be an old Red Roof Inn Motel. No elevator and you need to go outside to access lobby and breakfast. Parking area was well lit. "

"The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized...

"Everything was great, the 2 girls trying to get everyone in a room while the system was done were phenomenal. Stayed there twice in the last week, highly recommend. "

"The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice, particularly the shower. The decor of the suite overall was a bit disappointing; pretty sparse, not very inviting."

"Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar,falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake....
