"Nice stay"

"It’s standard and clean."

"The stay had several positives: the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the water pressure with hot water was excellent. Breakfast was good as well. A couple of improvements would make the experience even better. It would be nice if the hotel offered turkey sausage or turkey bacon, and hot oatmeal instead of only packaged oatmeal options. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately I left my heating blanket behind. I called the hotel to check if...

"The property felt like such a sweet retreat! There’s no service, so it was such a great opportunity to disconnect! There definitely are other cabins around but it didn’t feel like it. The walking trails were serene and it was such a great getaway. Will definitely return!"

"This hotel is a lovely find in downtown Tyler. Very quiet, nice rooms with lots of space. Would definitely return if we are in the area"

"The building is a quick overnight place to rest your head. The building is old and under construction. Found two small roaches from a crack in the restroom tile grout that I had to kill so they would go into my bags. The staff was nice but the building is worn down. The restroom mirror had exposed wires coming out of the conduit. This would not be my first choice to come back."

"Our stay was wonderful. The room was cozy and quiet. Loved the little screened in porch with a large swinging bed. The bar area was great with excellent food and service. We plan on going back again for our wedding anniversary."

"Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. "

"We were on second floor, water pressure in shower was very warm but not enough pressure. Also, the walk in shower leaked so we had water on tile floor when we exited. Rooms were renovated and looked good. King bed was a bit high to get in and out of, but I am 5’4”. Great location to UT Tyler"

"The staff was nice and attentive when we needed them but the room was just ok. We had three trash cans but none with bags so we had to dump our trash in the empty baskets. There were also tiny bugs flying around the window area. "

"Loved the indoor pool for the grandkids. Especially early checkin. Beds were a little soft so could feel everytime my husband moved."
