"Bed extremely uncomfortable. We left a day early due to that."

"All good. Better then expected. All other hotels where book or $400 a nite"

"Room was clean and decent"

"We have been staying here for 30+ years. It is in an absolutely beautiful location, as scenic as it gets. Lots of boating experience on the lake, canoe and kayak. Lost of hiking trails from the property, including a nice 25 minute "mountain climb" staring directly behind the tennis courts. Overall we highly recommend it. It has many lodging options, each different from the others, and reasonably priced. At one point it was not being as well maintained, but the owners have made...

"The location was off the beaten path and in the woods. Quiet cozy room ( no TV ) price was more than reasonable considering what hotels on the Conway strip cost. Free breakfast was simple, apples, oranges, muffins, pastries, coffee, tea. Stayed for Fryburg Fair.20 minutes away. Hot water in the morning was an issue as it was only lukewarm both shower and sink . Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t needed ( 35 degrees outside). Electric heat worked . These issues I’ve had in major Hotels...

"Definitely will stay again. Basic cabin but great location"

"Clean and well run. Has an indoor pool and a miniature golf course. Excellent location. Decent breakfast. Decorated for fall, very cute. Obviously the owners are putting energy and time into making their hotel welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay there again."

"Very friendly and clean. I we would stay there again."

"Great stay!"

"Great spacious loft rooms with spaces for the whole family. However lack of in room microwave is a negative when traveling with kids"

"Clean room and nice hot tub."

"The mattress was uncomfortable and the bath towels were old and dingy. Everything else was fine."

"We were in Rm. 115 There were no face cloths only hand towels and bath towels. The toilet paper bar was broken off, they left toilet paper on the sink top. When we went to get into our room we went to swip the car to unlock the door, before we even put a hand on the door knob a man came out from inside of the room, it was very alarming!!!! He said, "I told them not to put anyone in this room, I had to fix something in the shower." It really scared us when we this man was coming out at the...

"Older resort but room was upgraded and clean. Checkin is 4 PM , not 3:00 which is an inconvenience; meanwhile checkout the following morning was 10 AM ; should be at least 11 or noon. To use gym or pool you have to secure a special key from front desk which I’ve never experienced anywhere else."
