"The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by."

"Front desk staff was great. Room was clean. Parking easy. Great central location. The only thing that was disappointing was no coffee for guests. As an early riser (while family is sleeping) I appreciate being able to go into the lobby for coffee. There is only an overpriced ‘Starbucks’ for coffee available which opened late everyday. They were supposed to open at 6:30am. Usually opened about 6:45/6:50. 1 cup of coffee $4 with no option to refill. They were out of most food choices and had a...
