"Great location big rooms. They forgot an extra towel in our room as we had 2 adults and 1 child. Didn’t like that the parking wasn’t free but all good because plenty of parking out the front of the hotel."
"Although the room looked clean, there were ants in both beds. They were remade but we found more later and a small cockroach.
The 'spa bath' was not working and was very difficult to get in and out of to have a shower.
Being directly under a flight path also meant lots of overhead noisy planes.
They offered breakfast but it finishes at 8am so not great for tourists on holidays. Hence we never got to try it.
The place is very pretty to look at in the outside but I would not stay again."
"The room was great, the flapping builders plastic from the industrial storage in the EV charging bay that i planned to use was not. The work Ute's leaving at 4am and the alarm that went for 45mins shortly afterwards were little cherries on top."
"In walking distance for the ANZAC Day service. Breakfast in the restaurant was huge and delicious. We found Mel in the bar to be very friendly and helpful."
"Room as expected and stayed before. Kids loved the pool. But reception just isn’t open enough to actually take advantage of the ‘free’ breakfast as can only collect after 8:30am.. and it shuts at 8pm the night before so not that great. Poorest area was the washing machine… free to use which is great, but after trying it, no cold water getting to the tub so just spinning with no water so not getting clean. Then told staff, came and looked, put it on warm and said it was fixed… stood there watching the hot water go in, when it stopped, opened it up and half full as still had no cold water, and it was draining out the bottom. Could tell he wasn’t interested in actually fixing the problem so I had to take my half wet, dirty clothes to a 24hr washer… "
"Very friendly and helpful owner. Was close to town and friendly atmosphere. Missus reckons should pain the place pink like hotel California. Enjoyable stay and would stay again. "
"Beds were very comfy, only stayed for the 1 night. Staff were friendly. We arrived late and had to call property to ask how we get access to the room after hour as website says office closes at 7pm to be told they don’t communicate until after 9pm. That’s confusing. "
