"One of the most comfortable stays my husband and I have when we travel. And this is our favorite place to stay in pigeon forge. The staff are friendly and quick to address concerns, if any. We look forward to staying here again next year."

"The hotel"

"Very nice place to stay."

"Extremely clean and comfortable. Eggs and sausage included with breakfast. Enjoyed our stay."

"I truly enjoyed the stay at this establishment. The only negative thing I could possibly say is the pool being next to an entranceway to the hotel, takes away the privacy of using the pool. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"We tried to check in an hour early and we’re told there were no clean rooms. We had an early show and wanted to get settled before the show. Our bathroom sink drained very poorly. Our smoke alarm went off at 11 at night. Maintenance came to fix it and after he left it went off again. He came back and put a new alarm in. Buffet breakfast was just ok. Would not stay there again"

"The bed was sure comfortable. Great experience staying at this hotel"

"I think it’s a great place to stay. Convenient location near most things to do. The place was clean and the staff was friendly."

"NA"

"The rooms were big and clean. The property had resort like amenities with a lazy river, hot tub and pool. The breakfast had lots of options to choose from. The hotel was close to lots of activities."

"This property exceeded my expectation. Rooms and property were all very well-maintained. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were very friendly and professional!"

"Our room was on the first floor. The floor felt damp and gritty. The bed and sheets also felt damp. Breakfast was good. Location was good."

"Tout était parfait"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower. Toilet/shower area was a little tight but like having the sink on the outside area. Staff was friendly and hotel located in a good area along the strip. Love breakfast across the street at Regan's Pancake House and the free pancake breakfast with the option to upgrade to their breakfast buffet. Quiet area for the most part but trash truck before 6am was unpleasant. Nice to have a mini frig, coffee...
