"We were just looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night. The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated that there was no carpet in the room. "The employees were all wonderful. Checking in the woman was kind and went over and above to help. As I am having surgery next week, I had to begin the protocol while on vacation. I requested a bed change for my bed only and fresh towels, both were completed. The whole place needs an upgrade. The shower is almost rusted out at the drain. There is rust EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The room could use a couple more plugs."

"We stayed in the "annex " and the room was clean and comfortable for our stay. This was our first time to Grand Haven and we were about 5 to 8 minutes away from everything that we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Checking in and out was easy. The breakfast was well staffed and it was rather busy each morning since we arrived around 9. The best part about the room was having a door wall in to the courtyard"
