"The location is ideal, and the architecture is historically significant as one of the earlier glass structures in Dallas, with gold infused into the glass, but the hotel desperately needs to be refreshed. Our room reeked of smoke, and there was a strange unidentifiable stain on the window shade. The entire hotel looks worn out.
Amenities are scant to nonexistent. Some staff members were gracious, but a few were rather confrontational. Additionally, traffic noise was an issue all night long -...

"I was advised that I had late checkout. When I attempted to enter the room prior to my late checkout time (after being at the pool) they told me I had to show identification(as I’m standing there in my bathing suit with only my towel and keycard). I obviously had no purse with me. Very annoying and zero responsibility for locking me out of the room. Otherwise, the room and Library Bar were impeccable."

"The first problem is that they advertised parking and an airport shuttle. When we got there, they said that service was no longer offered. That was the main reason we chose there. The room had several maintenance issues and was not clean at all. Would definitely not recommend."
