"An older property but kept clean. The front staff was helpful and i loved the free tickets for good coffee. The restaurant was closed but we were directed to Ibis next door. Beds were very firm, but I like firm! No English TV but the wifi worked great."

"Hôtel de Congrès is in a slightly interesting area - some good transport connections but it's not the easiest hotel to get to. It's in the middle of a housing estate which you have to climb stairs up to (and then work out which way to go to get to the actual entrance of the hotel). The staff are very helpful although early check-in for us didn't happen: we were able to use a loo in the hotel and leave our suitcases before heading back out for the afternoon. Reception is open all night. Breakfast is from 6:30 every day - this was good as we checked out early but were able to eat before we left. Really nice food and a good selection of it including viennoiseries, cereal, bread, fresh fruit and yogurts, crepes and a really nice range of juices and water."

"Hi, The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The property is easily accessible by public transit to every site we wanted to visit in Lyon. My wife and I would definitely stay there again."
