"Very pleased with the hotel & cleanliness of the room."

"D at the front desk and Eric (who was making sure the lobby area was clean) were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the person who checked us in the night before. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff."

"The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find."

"Clean and convenient"

"The staff was amazing. They were under remodel which was great, but added a stinky smell, and visually looked messy. One of the elevators looked like it was falling apart and half way through my start or was turned off. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. The only drinking water for bottle refills was in the gym (which was closed for the remodel) and the pool was closed. When I got into my room, At first everything looked amazing. Then I started noticing holes in the walls where...

"Clean room and hotel, friendly staff"

"El baño no estaba muy limpio. La funda de la almohada estaba sucia. Solo habian 2 ganchos en el closet."

"This place was the farthest and dirtiest hotel I ever been to, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. From the lobby smelling like mold/mildew with a spray scent of spa. That’s not all the room we’re disgusting mold and mildew literally on the bathroom walls. I couldn’t believe my eyes for this price that o paid so I couldn’t believe take a shower in mold and mildew!! Dust and dirt on the corners of the floor like I don’t understand how this place is still up and running!! It’s very concerning....

"Propreté de la chambre était exécrable. Baignoire crasseuse, des poissons des ancien locataire. Les baignoires avec le fond rouillé. Même après avoir changé de chambre, s'était pareille. Nous avons donc demandé un remboursement immédiat et changé d'emplacement. Nous avons des réservations à toutes les fins de semaines dans des hôtels au Canada et Etats-Unis, cet emplacement est de loin le pire jamais vue. La chaîne hôtelière Qualité Inn n'est plus pour moi une option malheureusement."

"My room was not very good. Closet door was broken and dirty. Piping for the shower head was rusty. Tile on the bathroom floor was grungy. The caulking job was wretched and pealing off. Mold on the tile in the shower. Hair on my toilet seat when I went in for the first time. The door to my room had been broken into recently and wasnt fixed. I could see into my room from the outside."
