"I loved everything about this hotel apart from the plumbing emanating from room next door - a wee bit noisy but would guess it may only affect a few rooms Also the air con did not switch in to heat mode - again badly needed the night I stayed However. overall a lovely central hotel with caring homely touches "

Great location in central Ballarat. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was most enjoyable, nice dining room. Prompt friendly service from the waitress. Some rooms are very small, so be aware of this when booking. "
