"We were greeted by Johnny who was a superb host. Our room was large with a balcony and chairs. The community center was adjacent to the property with a walking track which was fabulous on overcast days when you want to walk but not get caught in the rain. We had asked if there was a refrigerator we could keep a few things in and within an hour or two Johnny’s dad John had bought a new refrigerator for us to use. "An unbelievably pleasant stay. Derg Arms was a half way stop for me as I was traveling between Sligo and the north coast of Ireland. For a really good nightly rate i got a well maintained, clean room and a fantastic free breakfast in the morning The entire staff and owner were beyond accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling."
