"Atendimento ótimo, solicitos e deram até lanchinho para nós de madrugada por conta do avião que iria partir às 04h00. Quarto e a vista igual as fotos ou melhor hahaha, deu para aproveitar tudo, a vista, piscina. "
"Cette maison rénovée dans le style madeirien est splendide et très moderne. Elle offre tous les services d'un hôtel 5 étoiles dans une ambiance plus intimiste. L'accès est difficile à trouver et se fait uniquement par le haut du chemin qui est très pentu, étroit et typique de l'île. Nous avons prolongé d'une nuit tellement nous y étions bien. Roberto le gérant est adorable et parle bien français. Le spa chauffé est indispensable après les longues randonnées. NOUS RECOMMANDONS VIVEMENT CE LIEU...
"Man muss immer die Relation zum Preis betrachten. Das insgesamt hat man zwar Einbußen wegen Renovierungsbedürftigem Hotel, jedoch haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel hat alles was es braucht und die Lage ist super. Auch das Parkplatz Thema ist nicht ganz so schlimm, Abends parkt man im Ort gratis, tagsüber gibt es die Tiefgarage des Ortes welche sehr günstig ist. Ich kann das Hotel daher eigentlich nur weiterempfehlen. "
"Et meget flot og stilfuldt hotel. Indretningen var afdæmpet og stilfuldt. Man følte sig hjemme. Der var rent og gjort meget godt rent i mellem dagene.
Der var overforventninger ifht hjælp uden at de var påtrængende. Liggestole 10stjerner. Den eneste min var i følge min kæreste at poolen var lidt for lille. "
"The staff were nice. The breakfast was included and had a variety of fresh food daily. Especially appreciated the drying line in the shower so bathing suits could be hung up to dry. The only downside was the parking situation: a very small underground garage that didn't say it was full (first come, first served), and street parking was next to impossible to find, unless you parked before 6 pm or after 9:30 pm, as many people come to see the sunset (which IS beautiful). No street or underground...
"Great little gem high up on the mountain which gorgeous tranquil views.
Receptionist was super helpful and very informative, always helped us where we can. Couldnt fault the hotel, it was a lovely stay, great staff..amazing breakfast and beautiful nooks around the hotel. A joy to stay. "
"Très bonne nuit passée a l hotel, au calme dans les montagnes. Le lit est confortable, la chambre très spacieuse. Petit frigo et bouilloire dans la chambre a disposition. Très belle vue."
"We travelled in the off season (early March) and really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a garden view and it was perfect. We strolled through every pathway in the property and for a flower/garden/rose lover it would be absolutely amazing in the summer when everything is in bloom.
Our check-in greeting and encounters with staff were always polite and cheerful and breakfast was perfect every morning.
We would happily stay here again."
"We arrived late in the evening after our transfer from the airport. The resort had arranged the transfer for us and the driver was waiting at arrivals for the 8 of us in our group. He was great and gave us a bit of a tour on the way to Calheta.
Our reception at the resort went well and the woman on duty made sure we got down to the buffet before it closed. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs after a long day of travel.
Our rooms were modern and clean and cleaned and tidied well...
"Parfait endroit pour un séjour paisible à Sao Vicente. L'ambiance calme qui y règne nous donnait envie de chuchoter. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, surtout au lever du soleil où pouvait admirer le "montain glow". Le déjeuners inclut était composé d'ingrédients frais et variés, comme les fruits du jardins et le yogourt maison. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et on aurait voulu rester plus longtemps! "
