"Great location. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable. The apt. was 2 stories and allowed us some privacy and separation. Very nice bathrooms. This was a great place to stay and highly recommend it."

"Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good."

"The check- in process was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I booked 3 studios with terraces and the family loved them especially, when they overlook the busy plaza. Area was central and didn't require the use of a car. Cabs, buses and the metro train system was right within walking distance. "

"Property was great but we forget my daughter apple charger in the room and when we ask we were told they did not find it. This was the only down of the place since they did not take responsibility and no one except the hotel had access to our room."

"The apartment has a washing machine but didn't provide a dying rack. How is one suppose to dry out the washed wet clothes ?"
