"I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."

"The common areas of property were well maintained, staff appeared to be very diligent. The rooms appear clean, definitely wear and tear, cracked sink bowl, door closing was off, trim over sink in bathroom could use a scrub in the detailed woodwork. I called multiple times because our room door did not lock, could be pushed open from outside, would lock when we were inside. The maintenance guys did arrive and worked to get it fixed. We did notice though that the door then wouldn't lock with...

"Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. "This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a farm animal area to visit which is lovely and fun!"

"Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Wohngegend. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, man kann aber auch den Hotel-Shuttle nehmen. Am Strand gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Ansonsten hat man keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist ratsam, wie überall hier in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr schöne Poolanlage. "

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins.
