"Switched to this hotel after a terrible experience at another. The room was clean, bed was comfy, amenities clean, breakfast tasty, and staff friendly. Short walk to the beach. Short walk or drive to dining and shopping. The only problem with the stay was the Salty Dolphin bar was having Karaoke night until the wee hours of the morning and no, they were not good singers... I would absolutely stay here again, just on the opposite side of the building. :)"

"Here’s the list: Inoperable pool. Broken ice machine. A mold odor present throughout the property. Multiple areas of the property missing ceiling tiles with exposed pipes. A big leak with buckets to catch water right in from the dining area for breakfast. We didn’t even bother with the comp breakfast. But the worst? Paying extra for a room with a couch and not having the room type due to “unavailability” - female front desk clear. Easily the worst stay I’ve ever had at a LaQuinta. Not sure if...

"Quality property with easy access to the beach. Nice heated pool. Good amenities around the property. No gym though. Also, no easy way to dry wet swim gear if your unit does not have a balcony."

"The room was disgusting and smelled like mold. The bed sheets were covered in stains, and the restroom was not clean; the toilet was stained."

"We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good."

"The room was filthy and had a heavy smoke smell. There were many, many mosquitos in the room. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when sitting or lying down. We were so dissatisfied we had to check out a day early. I will be asking for a refund for the last day. We had a helpful maid who couldn't speak but she honored our request to have the bed sheets changed,"
