"Room was well decorated!"

"This property should not be available for rent. Based on the reviews and our own experience, Expedia should seriously consider removing this place from its listings. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even my worst enemy. Neither the motel nor the surrounding neighborhood is suitable for tourists. The place was so dirty and unpleasant that we decided not to stay there at all. It was absolutely disgusting, and we felt uncomfortable staying in the area. This was a terrible experience, and I...

"Nice and convenient location, with nice breakfast and friendly staff."

"Microwave oven was the only thing missing, apart from that it was an excellent stay."

"Everything"

"Our room needed more lighting in the bathroom and the main bed room plus it could have used a clock. The thermostat seemed to not maintain our temperature adjustments up and down. The shower could have used a mat to protect me from sliding. It also would be helpful with another rail or handle for protection in the shower from slipping. "Very kind and excellent staff. The property was beautiful and lively"

"For the price rooms aren’t that clean, couches old floor need carpet cleaning. Our couch mattress was old and dirty looks like blood stains and mold Wouldn’t stay again"

We chose the L7 by LOTTE Hotel because of its close proximity to the Chicago Theater, and we’re glad we did. We would highly recommend this hotel to all in search of a...

"Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. Good job Hotel 505."
