"Loved everything about this place! Convenient to shopping and restaurants! And far enough away from busy downtown!"

"It was perfect!"

"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

"loved the location. grout in the floor tile needs cleaned. other than that, great spot and service."

"We didn’t get charged for a $62 breakfast that we did not have but the hotel fixed it on our bill"

"Decent but unspectacular hotel. Service is very poor. We arrived at 9:30am. Having paid $100 for an early check-in we were advised no rooms were ready but should expect a text around lunchtime - fair enough. We eventually arrived back at the hotel at 3:30pm - official check-in is 3pm - only to be told there were no rooms ready. Apparently despite that official check-in time we were told 3pm is optional for the hotel and we’d have to wait. After 20 mins of arguing they miraculously found a room....

"Had an amazing stay. Perfect location everyone was great breakfast was good"

"The room was spectacular for the price. Only thing I would recommend is a try for the tub to be able to put your essentials needed to bath."

"ABSOLUTELY magnificent. It's the Omni folks. They are the GOLD STANDARD!"

"It was absolutely one of the best properties we ever stayed at, it has everything you need."

"No coffee and was told to charge the coffee to the room but still got charged for some of it. Had to ask for maid service for 2 days. Great room but otherwise this hotel is not worth it"

"This was our first day here at their Nashville location and it was absolutely excellent! It was situated in a very convenient spot in Nashville. The service and staff were amazing. The restaurant was excellent! Loved the rooftop! Overall five stars! Beautiful beautiful property!"

"Great location, walk to everything! Clean, nicely decorated, awesome hot tub and pool!"

"We spent a night at the Joseph during our honeymoon and the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of hotel, walking distance to major attactions and promptness of the valet service was top notch! Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nashville!!"

"Clean, spacious.. loved the mini kitchen."

"Super friendly staff. Great central location."
