"We loved staying at Los Lagos Spa and Resort. We stayed there with 3 children (13,6,3). They loved the pools - especially the thermal pools. "This stay was great but short. Everything from the bedding to the lobby to the restaurant was perfect. Only thing that they need to improve is fixing the Jets in the Jacuzzi because the pumps evidently are not working. And if they can make the sauna or steam area hotter would be great .other than ..."
