"What a wonderful first visit to Key West. From before check-in when we were concerned about our after-hours arrival, to our departure, we could not have been treated more hospitably. Our flights were a mess, with weather delays, a missed connecting flight, and having to fork out hundreds for a rental car when the airline basically dumped us three hours shy of our destination. "The resort itself was beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The property has a lot to offer, and we were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, the first three nights of our stay were anything but relaxing due to a business event being held at the resort. Our room was located above or near the ballroom, and we could hear the loud bass from the music being played during the events. The noise carried into our room late into the night and made it difficult to relax....

"It’s not bad for budget. Nothing crazy bad just a bit loud and typical Key West construction so everything is heard when you talk and walk through the walls. So good thing was AC was perfectly cold, pool was decent, and the staff helped me out. I booked a dorm style room so I won’t comment on the single rooms. Anyways good enough for my quick weekend to visit the Dry Tortuga’s."

"The only bar at this hotel is at the pool and it is only open from 4 PM to 7 PM every day of the week. I found Tr Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."

"30$ resort fee 20 $ parking fee per day for a shuttle I never used, internet that was subpar and coffee I could get at fraction of the price the juice is not worth the squeeze"

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in two hours early without a fee. Restaurant and bar were closed for construction so super limited options on that front but lots of things nearby. Room was quiet, clean & cool. Parking is $12 a day and a resort fee of $25 a day. Free breakfast included. Pool was nice. A few people smoking cigars so I asked the staff to mention something and they did."
