"I had a wonderful stay at Tan Resorts. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially at check-in with a special room upgrade and a welcome tray. The evening shows were spectacular, and the pool area was pleasant. However, I did notice some damages in my assigned room that should have been addressed beforehand, so I suggest the hotel thoroughly inspects rooms before assigning them. At the beach, I was a bit disappointed—while the hotel has a private section, the area wasn’t as clean as I expected, and the shades were broken, so I had to find a spot to avoid direct sun. Also, the beach beverage service was slow, and there was a lack of clear signage between buffets, which led to some confusion. I suggest the hotel improve the beach upkeep, ensure better transport coordination, and expand activities beyond just the pool or evening shows. With thorough room inspections, motivating staff training, and more diverse offerings, this resort could be exceptional. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it with these improvements."
