"What a little gem! Among the big resorts and fast paced hotels, this small boutique hotel stands out for its uniqueness, accommodations, and an impressive staff led by Jonal. Our room was well appointed with quality bedding, comfortable bed and quiet AC. We were upgraded to room #1 that has a private sitting room where we had morning coffee and breakfast and afternoon tea. The attention to detail and service provided by Jonal and staff needs to be mentioned because it was the highlight of our experience. Every morning we were greeted with an excellent selection of breakfast options, my favorite was the waffles and eggs Benedict. The preparation and service worthy of 5 stars. Outside the hotel within a short walk are some excellent restaurants; I recommend Noah’s for seafood and The Scene for authentic Dominican fare. Also, Dolce, for a great selection of baked desserts and gelato.
Unfortunately, we didn’t use the beach because of the seasonal seaweed that is attacking all of Punta Cana. But the community pool was a short distance and we spent an afternoon participating in the different pool activities. I should mention that the hotel has small pool, a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a cart that will take you and pick you up from the beach. The beach, is not walkable because of the road construction. Again, if you’re looking for a unique, slower, more personal experience, this is your place. I highly recommend, and would stay here again. "
