"Was a stop for one night! Shuttle was the only asset great for cruise/ airport. The check-in staff was the most unfriendly we have ever encountered on our travels!! Housekeeping staff was as well! Rooms were not the cleanest, our feet were filthy walking on the floors! There is No where to go in that area without a vehicle but to hotel next door to eat! It is a Very unpleasant feeling when you are made unwelcome! A smile goes along way! We will not return again! We will look elsewhere! "

"They were renovating during our stay - but everything was great! The staff, particularly Mac, was top notch! I am happy we found this hotel for our one night stay. From the transportation from the airport to the hotel, to our stay and then our transportation to Port Everglades! Mac also recommended places to eat, things to do and how to get around if we wanted to go far. The breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty! I'd recommend this Holiday Inn :)"

"Staff was great and room was somewhat clean. But there is no point in having a kitchen there because there was nothing to use to cook your food no plates, pots or pans. And in room 302 the tv is hanging lop sided held on by only two screws out of four very sketchy you have a coffee maker but no coffee."

"I loved staying at this hotel, and this was my second time visiting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few issues. The internet was not working during my entire stay, which was frustrating. They also changed their TV provider, and there was no longer a way to stream TV, which had been available during my previous stay. The pool and hot tub were also consistently full of leaves from the surrounding trees, so they could have used more frequent cleaning. One thing I found interesting...

In spite of that, we had several issues with our keys, elevators not working, water control in the shower broken and a very uncomfortable sofa bed in our suite. The beach, bar, and pool staff were all very accommodating. There is no coffee provided in the morning, the gift shop and the restaurant do not open until 7 AM for you to purchase coffee.
