The staff were amazing - super friendly and super helpful. The woman who checked us in (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) provided lots of useful information and helped us to plan a perfect day in the mountains. We were picked up very quickly by staff at the train station and given lots of pertinent information. Zermatt is a beautiful tourist town and Hotel Jagerhof was a lovely representation of a modern hotel. I would highly recommend!
