"This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset. "the indoor swimming pool doesn't have warm water. It's open to use but the water is too cold to swim. the front desk staff, except for the lady who prepares breakfast, are not that approachable. They don't even smile or look at me checking in and checking out when I surrender my card. Room is good. It's clean but there is no slipper to use inside the room so it's cold on the feet going to the toilet"
