"Great staff"

"The room was big and spacious. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable—big bathroom and lots of hot water for the shower. Free coffee in the lobby. It's a very good bargain. On the downside, they say the pool and gym were closed due to COVID. This is 2025, hard to believe, I think they just don't have the money to fix it. The place is old but they keep it up pretty well. A shoutout to Tracy at reception for finding me a ground-floor room. I'm an older guy, and my knees don't do...

"We booked a King room, mainly because this was a biking tour for us, and we stay at motor courts where we can wheel our bikes out into the ground-floor room. Hygge worked PERFECTLY for this! For an area that can get quite expensive, we found Bueltton the perfect community to stay and the Hygge to be the PERFECT place to stay. Why? The grounds are impeccable and the room is spotless -- if you've ever been to Europe, you've seen rooms like these. The pics are accurate: Noth fancy here but...

"This was an impromptu stay as we decided to add another night to our little trip up the coast. We were so surprised by all the amenities, including the glasses of wine, complementary at the bar/restaurant. We were also delighted at by the made to order breakfast. But overall, the best thing we found was the service which was so warm and gracious. We had spent the night in Solvang for over double price and yet this little gem was so inexpensive and yet had so much to offer. We also enjoyed dinner...
