Ödediğimiz fiyatın kat ve kat üstünde bir hizmetle karşılaştık. Bu yüzden beklentimizin fazlasını karşıladı. Çalışanların hepsi çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar ve ortak kullanım alanları çok temizdi. Çıkış yaparken resepsiyonda kadınları düşünüp kırmızı bir bileklik hediye edildi. Çok nazik düşünülmüştü. Tereddüt etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Pahalı ama olgunluğu düşük bir tesis

Otel eski sayılır. Tüm tesisin mimarisi oldukça zayıf. Etrafta yürümek mümkün değil. Her tarafa buggy denilen elektrikli arabalarla gidiliyor. Günün ortasında odanıza gitmek için arabaya binmek zorunda kalmak bence kötü bir durum. Tesisdeki garsonlar nazikti fakat bilgi seviyeleri oldukça düşüktü, örneğin defalarca sormaları ve Virgin Mary dememe rağmen Virgin Mojito getirdiler. Menüdeki birçok içki ve yemeği bilmiyorlar. Bu kadar pahalı ve lüks bir tesis için oldukça kötü bir durum.
