"Manager refused to give us two wine glasses because they “needed to save them for paying customers.” It was 11:30pm, they had an entire shelf of at least two dozen glasses. And in case she forgot, I’m a paying hotel guest too. Have never encountered this kind of poor service - regardless of price ..."

"I loved this place! So cute and loved the little Galley on each floor to get hot tea anytime I wanted. Also loved the little shower box in the room. Great location. It was a convenient walk to old town and the lake. Only thing is the breakfast buffet is expensive, but you don't have to eat there. ..."
