"Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. "

"The hotel rooms are not maintained.. there were no toilet kits, RO water was provided ,beds springs are projecting out. Exhaust fan was not working. No electrician was available. Very poor experience. "

"A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure"

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "Wow what a brilliant hotel exceptional wish I could give it a better review it’s worth more than 5 stars!!! We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! "

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."

"The most heavenly hotel, a real treat! Delightful, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities and a very quiet location. We had breakfast included in our stay which was definitely worth it, the masala dosa were a firm favourite! The pool is lovely and the hotel has transport to take you to the beach, towels are provided for both so don’t worry about bringing your own."

"There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful. However service at the restaurant during the dinners was less good. Hotel prices for the wine are not reasonable. More than £40 for a bottle of local...
