"My experience was not the best at this hotel. The AC/Ventilation system never worked and was never fixed despite requesting fix upon check in on my first night.
Also the room was never cleaned and somebody just went in the 2nd day to take back a fan that I asked for on the first night after reporting the AC problem."

"Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible. "
