"After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid. My recommendation: if you are booking here, make sure you know exactly which room type you are getting. I would not want...

"After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room. We enjoyed the delicious room service meal during our evening, and the grounds and beach were very nice and clean."
