"Hotel is due for a renovation"

"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We felt that the breakfast hours could be extended. The current hours are 6:30 to 9:30 AM. It would be better if breakfast was served until at least 10:30 or 11:00 AM. The area lacks walkable shops, bars, and restaurants"

"I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work."

"We got there at 1 am and there was no one at the front desk, so I had to walk to hotel next door to get assistance. There was stuff floating in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rack was about to fall and curtain wouldn’t stay. Hair stuck to the walls of the tub so it doesn’t appear the bathroom was properly cleaned. The bed was nice and comfy and AC worked. We only slept there and left early the next morning."

"Everything except for the staff and bed is horrible. I stepped on a bug in the middle of the night when I used the bathroom. I guess that's what we get for what we pay for."

"Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly."

"Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. But what I really had an issue...

"Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future."

"Excellent stay! AC was very cold especially considering temps were near 100! Room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We had a very good stay!"

"Its a great place even if a little dated. We have stayed here before and liked it enough to stay again. There were a few things that were not the greatest like my son found a cough drop wrapped in the cover of his bed and the dresser had a huge hole in the second drawer. The room didn't have a screen door like the other rooms did so I was a little disappointed about that, it was one of my wife's favorite things about the place. Only had 2 towels for 4 people but they had no issues giving me more...

"Didn't like anything about the hotel, No amenities bed was a futon mattress was terrible sunk in on one side, stains on shower curtains. When I asked for clean towels and face cloths the face cloths even after washing still had dark stains from the many uses over time. Would likely never stay there again. And would not recommend to anyone."

"The property was dirty… under the bed had trash, the blinds were coated in dirt, the bathroom definitely needs upgraded as well. The shower dripped the entire time."

"A nice stay for the price. The pool is small but clean and a great amenity to have during our stay. Clean rooms, but hot water was inconsistent in the shower. Overall a good stay. We would stay here again."
