"Nice hotel."

"Lovely property with a nice spa. We enjoyed discovering Czech wine country. The only disappointment we had was the morning coffee. We recommend that the property consider a simple brewed coffee. The machine produced horrible slop. Otherwise we appreciated our stay."

"People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. "Some pros: great brunch; affordable rates; great restaurant; excellent sauna; close to transit. cons: awful wifi - almost to the point we couldn’t use it; hidden fees ($10 euro per day for spa - and terrible tracking and transparency); limited English with staff (chat GPT and my broken Czech helped); some older spa staff rude (young staff were great) and made us feel unwelcome and stupid."
