Ice cold air conditioning in room with drinking water & recycling stations nearby on each floor of hotel. "The Cocotree Resort is a modern retreat. It’s accessible from the main road, but once you’ve entered the resort, you’ll feel like you’re in an excluded area. It’s peaceful and serene. There is a restaurant on site with other eateries within walking distance. A shuttle is offered to take you to the local beaches, though Grab car services are very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely look to book here...

"One of the best hotel/resort we’ve stayed so far in Philippines.
Room was bigger with hot water on the shower. Excellent food choices at their Buffett; walking distance to the beach in less than 8 mins.
The staff are friendly and fast in helping us.
The only thing I can complain about is that there is no heated pool or jacuzzi. Two small jacuzzi with good water does not help in tired travelers."

"The staff was very friendly but the tv was own and it was hard to figure out how to use netflix and amazon prime. The toaster could use cleaning, fridge as well. Shower head had rust build up, the door could be sealed properly to prevent lizards from getting in.
