"This is one the nicest properties I ever stayed at. I saw it had a 3 star rating as an Inn. Can't understand that. This place is a gem. I'd say a 5 star. I hesitate to say that. Like to keep it a secret."

"The location was excellent and right on the beach. We stayed in the jetted tub suite and it was spacious and clean. The hotel was a bit dated and the room may benefit from a remodel, but it was clean and well maintained. The windows howled at night with the beach wind, which my daughter wasn't a fan of, but wasn't too bad. The view from the jetted tub to the ocean was great and very relaxing! "Two bedroom suite is incredibly spacious. Unfortunately the floor was not well cleaned, and bits of food were easily visible under the furniture in the main living space. The beds were clean, though the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The location is amazing and the views from our room were wonderful."

"When we first entered our room, we noticed that our room was not cleaned after the prior occupants left. The bedding had not been changed, the floor was dirty, the dishes were dirty, the shower had hair in it, and the toilet had urine on it. We know someone was in the room to clean it because the garbage was emptied and the towels, wash rags, and other provided toiletries had been replaced. "The front desk staff lacked customer service and seemed confused. After checking out, I realized I forgot an item in my room and went back to the desk. The agent saw me standing there but completely walked away, leaving me waiting for nearly 10 minutes until other staff finally stepped in to help. Also, the pictures online are misleading. The actual property looks pretty rundown in person."
