"During the booking process, I understood the total, including taxes, to be approximately $120 before applying my $24 in OneKeyCash. I therefore expected to pay around $96.
However, my confirmation shows:
Room rate: $127.39
Taxes: $16.56
OneKeyCash applied: −$24.00
Final total: $119.95
Although the receipt shows the $24 deduction, the way the price was presented led me to expect a further reduction from approximately $120. Instead, I used my rewards and still paid nearly $120. This felt like a...

"Room was not clean. Bathtub had black soap scum inside and around the tub. Mold in spots. Under the sink not swept or cleaned in awhile. The shampoo and conditioner looked like it was left over from previous guests. We did not use shower or tub. Desks table dresser not wiped clean. Had crusty white stuff on them. The room had a rotten smell to it. Tv turned on but no video channels or sound. Coffee pot was in room but no supplies.
One plus was bedding and towels were clean. The bed was lumping...

"This is my go to when I’m in Boise. Stayed there 4 times and have never been disappointed in any way, asked for some extra stuff for my bed and they brought more than what I needed. Great vibe in the evening lounge with live music. Breakfast is second to none with a killer fresh to order omelet bar and if in a rush they will give you togo dish to load up.
Very much a resort vibe around the outdoor pool with a food and bar right beside it that also has live music."

"I can’t imagine going to Boise again and not staying at the Renegade. It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was very large, modern and comfortable. There are a variety of pillows for different preferences and outlets for charging electronic devices are plentiful. The bathroom was also large and modern. They do not offer a free breakfast but there is an attached coffee shop that we enjoyed. We would highly recommend the Renegade for business or leisure travelers."
