Folded rubber or hard foam cushions?? The cover and bed mattress aren’t breathable. They are extremely uncomfortable. 4. No one answered at the reception desk when called. What’s the point to have a phone… 5. I ended up with a sore neck and a huge headache. The Housekeeping lady sympathized but could not do anything. The receptionist at the desk pretended it’s the first time she’d ever heard this complaint. I can’t believe it. Because, I have heard someone in another room screaming and a sound followed as if she was throwing the pillows and hit the walls… What’s the point to have a beautiful room while the essentials such as pillows, blanket/comforter, and mattress aren’t comfortable? "

"The hotel is great for being a budget hotel. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast choice isn’t too big but perfectly fine for the price. It was always well presented and clean. Free parking is also on site which is helpful. Also on a busy Saturday evening we found a spot."
