"It is a motel. It is cheap. It is not in a convenient location - apart from being only 15 minutes from Caen ferry port. Make sure to bring your own food and drink. The facilities are lacking. (Though the paddel club across the road serves pizza until 19:00) OK for the price compared to hotels nearby. ..."
