Nem em meus piores pesadelos poderia imaginar que um quarto pousada, hotel ou seja lá o que for pudesse não ter uma mísera tv. Viajei co minha mãe de 87 anos que iria fazer uma consulta médica na cidade. Foram quase 9 horas de viagem e ao chegar ao lugar que pensávamos ter algum conforto depois deverão longa viagem, nos deparamos com isso. Uma vergonha...tanto que fiz a reserva...

"It was a complete mess. I booked an Ibis, but you have to enter through the Novotel, go down to the garage, and then take another elevator on the other side of the garage. Nobody explains anything properly; several people were lost in the garage, not knowing where the elevator was! Check-in was a complete mess; they couldn't find my reservation. Never again!"
