"This property is way overpriced for the quality of the service, the space , the whole experience. We were under the impression we were staying at a luxury remote space with very quick access to beach. We were sorely disappointed with how small the rooms were how we were taxed and charged for every little thing / even coffee for our room. We were underwhelmed with the service, quality of care to the guests. We would not recommend this hotel as we are now staying at another hotel that is chapter...

No geral ficamos bem atendidos.

"Lovely, helpful staff. We had early and late checkouts and our friend was helped to get to her hotel when we arrived.
Make sure you leave the sign on the door to get your room made up. Ours wasn't done for 4 days until I finally sent a message to get the bin emptied and was told that was the procedure.
Breakfast is pretty basic by comparison to other hotels we have stayed in but we didn't leave hungry. You need to ask for yogurt if you want it.
Hot water takes a while to come through and the...

A great place to stay on this beautiful island. Highly recommended!"

"This place is very good, it’s perfectly located and it’s what makes the difference.
I saw that some people complained about the size if the room, yes it’s small but if you come to Noronha to be in the room its better to stay home.
I totally recommend it."
