"This does not pretend to be nor is it a normal hotel. This place is the only game in town when you have a 3:20am departure and you want to make sure you are sleeping at the airport. It did the job for us. It is very Spartan, and they make no claim to be anything else. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are glad we elected to stay here. At least we got 5 hours sleep before our ridiculously early departure for Bogota."

"I would ask the Hotel that if you are not going to honor Platinum membership don’t call yourself a VIP hotel. It is deceptive, especially when we are coming from another country and expect certain things "

"Our room was spacious and spotless. Bed was comfortable and we had a large patio off our room. Bathroom was large as we'll. Breakfast was very good each morning and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to lots of restaurants and good walking area."
