"This was an unexpected surprise! The hotel was great and the restaurant adjacent was AMAZING! We arrived a bit later than expected and had no dinner plans. The restaurant was fully booked for the night, however, the wonderful agent at the front desk did some magic and got us a table within 30 minutes! This was one of the best meals we had all week. "Check-in and check-out was so easy, which was great after a long journey. The airport shuttle service was perfect. The guy came and picked us up right after we called the hotel, he helped us with our stuff and he was so nice. He was again waiting for us the next morning to take us back to the airport at the exact right time. Breakfast was very simple, filling enough to get you on with your day. "Mainly excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to the metro and the airport was brilliant - on demand, no booking or timetables. The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more attentive - we were left waiting to give our order for 20 minutes. But this was the only grumble in what was otherwise a great experience."
