"The hotel is nice and the staff is very polite and kind. However, I think there is room for improvement and the hotel should be more flexible for guests arriving in the morning and try to check them in earlier than the official time of 15pm."

"Excellent choice for our stay in Zurich. A short UBER ride to the city center and Old Town. NOte: Taxis are very expensive and UBER is the way to get around. Our host, Sonia, was very helpful and always resposive to our needs."
