"Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Flavio Gioia. The location is perfect to the beach, boats, shopping, dining...everything! And if you're worried about steps, the steps to Villa Flavio Gioia are minimal compared to other locations. Our room was beautiful, complete with kitchenette, fabulous air conditioning, comfortable beds and full-size bathroom. We also had a balcony that overlooked the town and the water which we loved. Accommodations and location were incredible but the true shining star...

"Overall had a great stay at the Alcione Residence. But if I were to come back I would be selective on which room I choose. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Martina got us checked into our room a little early and shared all the amenities inside of the room with the breathtaking balcony view. Full kitchen with washer and dryer available. "We enjoyed our stay at il canneto! Everything was clean and beautiful , the staff are very nice and friendly! a bit far from spiaggia grande and the town as a walking distance but very convenient if your way of transfer is the bus, the local bus stops right in front of the hotel as the hotel location is directly on the main street and if you are planning to rent a scooter like we did , il canneto is a perfect choice since it has a private parking! Overall it was a pleasant stay!"

"We had an amazing stay! Our initial room lacked air conditioning but the staff was very accommodating. We got switched to a beautiful room next day and loved our stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Yes, you can hear the buses honk when they do by but it’s didn’t bother us at all. There are two public beaches a short walk away or you can purchase spaces at a nearby beach clubs for about $20 per person. We decided recommend the residence for families."

"When looking up the property online it says sleeps up to 4 and we asked for a suite. We paid the rate and when we got there they said since there were two extra people even though we got the suite for 4 they claimed we didn’t reserve for 4 but Expedia showed 4 to sleep they charged us an extra 250 euros on top of the 1,000.. be aware. No taxis are near hotel it’s a long walk"
