"Rooms need to be cleaned, garbages changed we stayed for 10 nights and this never happened once."

"This is a Bed and Breakfast place , close to every thing / metro , buses , eating places and Vatican City , our stay was great , and the management just need to update the door lock of the rooms with a modern keyless ( the key was annoying and it takes so many tries before you can unlock or lock the door ) other than that Mary was very helpful and accommodating Thank you so much"

"The checking in process was a hassle. No one on site to help. Everything was done over the phone using apps and after traveling for 15 hours all I wanted to do was check in and relax but that wasn’t the case."

"Very nice and clean. Walking distance to the Bernina Express."

"The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the Spanish Steps. The staff held our luggage after checkout so we could tour some more. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, clean and had all comforts of home. Fresh pastries outside our door at 7.30 a.m . Very good value and I would highly recommend."

"Es un bello lugar para descansar y está cerca de todo, fuimos a la playa y al centro histórico así como al Teatro Griego y fue toda una grata estancia, nos recomendaron buenos restaurantes que nos atendieron muy bien en servicio a la habitación. Así que puedes disfrutarlo"

"Alles war in Ordnung"

"We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Lake Garda and it was everything we hoped for and more! From the communication before our stay to the cleanliness, facilities and overall experience, everything was fantastic. The location was perfect for us, around an 8 minute walk into the centre, where you’ll find plenty of lovely shops, cafés, bars and...

"Fabulous property"

"This is a fantastically located, historic property in the heart of Rome. It is not a full-service hotel, so if you need 24hr room service / night time turndown and a jacuzzi, it's not for you. It is an absolutely charming building one minute away from the Pantheon, run by friendly staff. The suite is a huge room plus alcove, easily big enough for four. Comfortable beds. Clean as a whistle. Sensationally good location."

"Great property!"
