"I had a wonderful experience in my 2 night stay. The located is perfect for a quick and direct drive to Laguna Beach. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. "Booked a room thru Expedia for 1 night. I was charged for incidental upon check in. I checked out this morning and noticed an additional $144.00 fee on my acct. When I called the front desk I was informed the guy who checked me in was "new" and he made a mistake. They told me to reach out to Expedia for reimbursement.
