"The room was spotless even for a pet friendly room. Staff was great - the breakfast was spectacular and the bar was good. We came in late so hard to comment on the free appetizers. Love the grounds- the firepit- pool were exceptional."

"It was a good location. That's why we chose it. But it was very "bare bones." The soap/shampoo in the shower was awful. There was a smell of smoke even though I thought we had a non smoking room. And when we woke up there was no hot water. It was remedied after my husband went to speak to the front desk. I would say the bathroom.waa clean but the shower has mold in it."

"The room was a unique floor plan and we loved it. The 2nd floor outdoor bar was so fun and the food and drinks were excellent! We booked this hotel last minute but if we return to Paso Robles this is definitely where we will stay but get a balcony room on the second floor. Great location to walk to restaurants."

"Booked 2 nonsmoking rooms- both smelled of cigarette smoke upon entering. Rooms were large, quiet, & had comfortable, but very high beds. a/c thermostat was installed above my head & I'm 5'6"! Walk in shower had a shower pan meant for a glass sliding door type enclosure, but instead, had a shower curtain that was not only too short, but was installed so it hung outside the shower pan so there was no way to keep shower floor from getting soaked- even with a bunch of towels. "This Motel really exceeded our expectations. It is a super cute property and the room was adorably decorated. I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. The pool area was amazing - no shortage of very comfortable seating with access to the bar and restaurant - so nice that it is restricted to 21 and older!
