"The place is clean, and the staff are friendly, although some of them do not speak English very well. The breakfast is good, and the kitchen facilities are nice. However, it would be helpful if they provided a small bottle of dishwashing liquid to get guests started. Also, the phones in our room were not working, so whenever we needed assistance, I had to go downstairs and ask in person."
